Refunds and Returns

The Happy Teeth online stores offer customers a refund for items purchased online.

Online stores return policy 

Customer can return online purchase to our online store for a refund, before return, please send online form on Happy Teeth website, additional instruction will be sent to you. 

Refunds will be issued payment method used for the purchase once the item/s have been received and processed by Happy Teeth team.

Refund process information will be sent by email, once customer return has been processed, and takes 7 business days for your refund to be completed.

If you are returning of change your mind, customer will be paying the cost of returning the goods.

Happy Teeth online store not accept returns for items purchased in-store (you need to return them in-store)

Our online store cannot process change of mind exchanges.
